Modern Iranian House Design

This house is designed for a typical Iranian family which consists of an old couple an their two sons. The younger son lives with his parents in the ground floor and the older one lives with his spouse in  the first floor. The father is an architect and his office is a part of this building with independent entrance and parking.
Each floor have an expanded balcony which is surrounded  by a wide flower box . These wide flower boxes implement restriction of vertical visual field which is necessary to preserve the privacy of ground floor especially the yard as a valuable space.
  Architect : Behnam Mahdoudi
